The announcement of the participating singers was relayed in real time from around 17:00 on November 16th yesterday. Out of the 10 groups that will be participating for the first time, 7 groups, namely IVE, Green-Yellow Society, LE SSERAFIM, Saucy Dog, JO1, Naniwa Danshi, and BE:FIRST, appeared and read comments from Aimer and Vaundy. In addition, a video message from first-time singer Uta, who is also a character in the movie "ONE PIECE FILM RED", was aired.
It really feels like a dream to stand on the stage of Kouhaku Uta Gassen.

Kouhaku Uta Gassen is a place that we have longed for and dreamed about ever since we formed the band.

We, LE SSERAFIM, made our debut in May of this year. I am very honored to be able to stand on such a big stage as Kouhaku Uta Gassen so early. Three members couldn't come today, but on the day of the event, I want to create a wonderful stage with the five of us.
Ever since I started the band, my grandmother always calls me at this time of year saying, "Isn't Kohaku still a little bit more?" It may be due to fate, but Saucy Dog's formation date is today, November 16th, so I'm very happy. I'm nervous, but I'll do my best.
We will be celebrating our 3rd anniversary in February. We are finally able to perform on the wonderful stage of Kouhaku, which was our goal, and I hope that we can deliver our uniqueness and our energy to everyone. I will do my best, so please take care of me.
The 7 Naniwa Boys, when I thought about what my dream would be as a group, it was unanimous that I would "appear in the Kouhaku Uta Gassen", so I am very happy to be able to appear this year.
